About two months ago my blog got hacked. It was tough because I was unaware that this even happened. Then, by the time that I learned about the virus, it was too late. After contacting a web developer, he promptly exported the content, “swept” the code clean, then re-installed it, but there was one problem… somewhere in the coding there was still something wrong and the virus was still there. Finally, after much frustration, I contacted my hosting company and “nuked” the hosting to kill everything on it. With clean hosting, I then reinstalled the blog from scratch and here we are today.
Over these last 2 months I have had a lot of time to think about why I am blogging. I started an online custom t-shirt company out of my dorm room in 2004 (www.coedmonkey.com) and now am working on a 2nd start-up focused on Real Estate (name will be released in future), while writing a book (on how to start a company), but I don’t just want to dispel my limited knowledge and sound smarter than I really am… instead, I want to bring you along on my journey so that you can learn from both my successes and failures. I love networking, so I also want to bring special guests to my blog through videos and other form of media to give you more resources to grow.
That all means:
- Shorter Posts
- More Videos (created by me)
- More Infographs (created by me)
- More Videos of me interviewing people
- Reworking the best posts from my old blog to make them better
Get ready for the journey…
